Channel Country

The channel country is some of the best cattle fattening country in Australia. Following significant raintfall in 2010, flooding in some areas of the channel country is in ideal viewing condition. Substantial rainfall across the Barcoo, Thompson and Landsborough Rivers has seen major flooding in the lower Cooper.
